Grace Collaborative runs a Y gym and swim open to all homeschoolers twice a month on Fridays from September through May. We have a number of teens in our group and they enjoy hanging out in Fun Fit (a space geared toward older kids with air hockey, gaga ball, pool and more). You do not have to be a member of Grace to participate.
Why our meetups are awesome.
- Kids get exercise in the adventure center and pool (think gym!)
- Kids get to make lasting friendships (think community!)
- Moms get some much needed support with life and homeschooling (think sanity!)
Cost. The cost is free to join our public Facebook Group. Y days are $10 per family per visit for non-Y-members and free for Y members.
Religious affiliation. This is a secular meetup and our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Times. We meet at the Gates Y on Elmgrove twice a month on Fridays from 1-4 from September through May.
Ages. All ages are welcome .
