This page is for all program dates and program adjacent dates. It does not include field trips, community events, etc.

Weather related closings: Programs close following the school districts they are located in. E.g. if Fairport closes, Extra East is closed, if Greece closes, then Extra West is closed, etc. Please refrain from calling, texting or emailing admins. If in doubt, follow the schools! We will post in the members FB group, email and text if there is a cancelation.

Spring 2026 Program Dates:

  • Family Roots Forest School. Wednesdays 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24.
  • Spring Forest School. Fridays 9 am to 12 pm. 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5, 6/12, (no program 6/19), 6/26.
  • Spring Soccer. Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:30 am (3-5 year olds are 10-11). 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, 5/30, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27.

Fall Registration. Monday, August 3rd starting at 9 am.

  • Sprouts. Mondays from 9-11 am. 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, (no meeting 11/23 for Thanksgiving Break), 11/30, 12/7.
  • Extra East. Mondays from 1-4:15. 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, (no meeting 10/12 for Columbus Day), 10/19, 10/26, (no meeting 11/2 for Election Day Prep), 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7, 12/14.
  • Littles. Wednesdays from 9-12. Orientation 9/2. Regular Program 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, (no meeting 11/25 for Thanksgiving), 12/2.
  • Extra West. Wednesdays from 9-12. 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, (no meeting 11/25 for Thanksgiving), 12/2.
  • Branches. Thursdays from 9-2:35. Orientation 9/3. Regular Program 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, (no program 11/25 for Thanksgiving), 12/3.
  • Forest School. Fridays from 9-12. 9/4, 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6. Two dates will be removed for early hunting season and for Stokoe Farms.
  • Fall Recreational Soccer. Saturdays from 9:30-11:30. 8/15, 8/22, 8/29, 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17.

Winter Registration Day is Monday, December 7th at 9 am.
