In addition to our Board of Directors, Grace has an accomplished team of people committed to programming and administration.
Program Directors

Lindsey Royston, Extra East Program Director
Lindsey is the glue that holds Grace together – from mopping floors to last minute emergency errands to crowd control, she does it all. She is involved in every aspect of Grace as our assistant director but also is the first smiling face you’ll see at Extra East on Mondays.

Mackenzie Madafferi, Sprouts Program Director
Mackenzie joined Grace just recently, excited to take on the role of Sprouts program director and homeschool journey Grace has to offer. With a new perspective she will be a great addition to the community. A young stay at home mom to 2 boys who always keep her going. she loves spending time with her family, outdoor activities, baking and new adventures.

Jessica Alford, Littles Program Director
Jess is a former elementary school teacher turned stay at home mom to four kiddos. She has a Bachelors’ Degree in Education from SUNY Geneseo and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood/Special education from Buffalo State. Though she no longer teaches in a public school setting, her passion for nurturing and guiding children is still strong! Jess joined Grace in 2020, and quickly knew that she had found her tribe of like-minded people! Currently, she is the program director for Grace Littles – where she gets the pleasure of working with families who mostly are just beginning their homeschooling journeys! In her spare time, Jess enjoys long walks in nature, reading, camping, and baking!

Amber Murray, Extra West Program Director
Amber caught a glimpse of the vision in 2021 and has been passionate about helping other homeschool families do the same ever since. She holds a NYS Cosmetology license but took a step back from the beauty industry to be at home to raise two daughters. She is excited about the launch of our newest program, Sprouts, and looks forward to helping families enjoy a nurturing environment to begin their homeschool journey.

Debra Wallace, Branches, Forest School and Soccer Program Director
Debra wears a million hats at Grace but her favorite thing is developing new programs and fine tuning preexisting ones. She’s especially grateful for the people who have seen the vision for uniting the homeschool community and come alongside to form the team that makes Grace’s programs what they are today. When she’s not homeschooling her seven kids, she enjoys gardening, camping and sleeping.
Administrative Support

Shannon Emens, Social Media & Marketing, Screen Printing & Apparel
Shannon is the hardest worker of all time and helps out behind the scenes in more ways than words can express. From taking and posting amazing photos of all our programs, to organizing, printing and distributing all of our apparel, to building games for Field Day and other events, Shannon is a pillar at Grace and we are eternally grateful for her support.

Allie Fronczak, Questions and Answers
With so much going on, people have lots of questions. Allie is our designated question answerer. She knows everything going on at Grace, and if she doesn’t have an answer for you, she’ll find out! When she’s not responding to emails and messages or homeschooling her four kids, she’s swimming in her pool or sneaking in some yoga.

Marie Jackson, Data Management and Family Accounts
Marie has taken behind-the-scenes Grace by storm with her data management and spreadsheet skills. She frequently works her spreadsheet magic to make life easier on everyone else and she loves to delve into the nitty gritty. She’s the proud mom of two kids, a D&D fanatic and self professed gaming nerd.
Emily Bennett and Laura Ricklefs also serve on our admin team. Their bios are on our Board of Directors page.
