Report an Absence. A quick form to fill out if you are sick or have a planned absence. Be sure to familiarize yourself with our Attendance Policy.

Please stay home if you are sick!
We depend on your presence though, so please make Sprouts a priority in your week.
If you must be absent, fill out this form. Teachers should identify a sub (usually your aid) and provide them with lesson plans.
Making up your absence. You’ll be assigned as a floating aid in the future, so please keep an eye out for your future make-up assignment. Thank you!!!

Remember the Thanksgiving Dinner Rule: don’t assume political affiliation, avoid political discussions during co-op.
Solution Based Feedback. We’d love to hear your feedback if it’s construction and solution based!
It’s okay to not like other people’s kids. They might not like yours either – please be kind!

We have standard school supplies such as pencils, paper, glue, markers, crayons, colored pencils, erasers, paper, art supplies, etc., though you are of course welcome to bring your own.
A copier, owned by Grace, is available for you to make copies of things you’ve printed off at home. Please print sparingly to keep co-op costs low.
Gym equipment we have available for using during gym classes is listed here.
We also have a microwave and electric tea pot for your use.
